 Machine Accident Analysis

1.       Evaluates machine accidents machine/equipment wise, shift wise and location wise for a given period.

2.       Computes accident statistics in terms of number of machine accidents, total number of machine hours lost and total machine or equipment repair cost.

3.       Retrieve machine accidents data and computes accident free period.

4.       For month wise & Period wise (Date to Date) graphical analysis could be carried out. On X-axis Date of Accident/ Location/ Name of Machine/Time of Accident/Shift where as on Y-axis Total Number of Accidents / Equipment Repair Cost / Total Machine-hours Lost could be taken.

Combined Accident Analysis

Though reporting of employee and machine accidents are separate, but as in an accident employee and machine both can simultaneously face loss or damage, the accidents have to be summarized with combined affect on employee and machine. For a given period it gives Number of Machines & Employees affected by accidents and their name; Total man-hours lost in the accidents and Total cost on the organization because of the accidents.
