See-HazId: Hazard identification and Management of MSDS, Emergency Planning & Handling

The ready to use software solution is prepared to cater the requirements of Chemical, Petrochemical, Petroleum, Paint, Fertilizers, Textile & other industries using organic & inorganic hazardous chemicals.

See-HazId is based on the format and guidelines provided in "Manufacture, Storage & Import of Hazardous Chemicals Rules 1994 under Environment Protection Act 1986, MEF, GOI". It serves as Decision Support System (DSS) to improve plant & personnel safety.

 See-HazId : Need

Managing the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) manually means :

Huge data in many sheets,
Cumbersome & time consuming to retrieve the information,
All information centrally located,
Plant/section or property wise data retrieval not possible,
Selection of chemicals for given criteria is manual,
Unavailability of MSDS for many chemicals and
No provision to incorporate additional data/information.

See-HazId : Features

See-HazId solves all such problems and manages MSDS highly interactively. It also carries out HAZID (Hazard Identification) through defined criteria in query option and helps in hazard analysis also. Its features are:

Customization of See-HazId as per plant particulars & Listing of chemicals Block/Plant wise.
Sample MSDS for over 1000 chemicals.
Provision for adding and editing MSDS.
Retrieval of complete/section wise (Chemical Identity, Physical/Chemical Data, Fire/Explosion Hazard Data, Reactivity Data, Health Hazard Data, Preventive Measures, Emergency/First Aid Measures, Additional Information/References, Manufacturer/Suppliers Data)
MSDS for selected chemicals by Chemical Name, UN Number & Block/Plant.
To categorize chemicals as per specific plant/section, property, hazard or any other query and view desired properties.
Query option consisting of 26 properties with a provision for 5 conditions (and/or) at a time.
Help for understanding definition & significance of the properties.
Provision for incorporating vendor information.
